Welcome to The Ranch House

The original house on the property has all you need to feel at home on the ranch.  Constructed in 2021, the Ranch House is a cozy 2 story with clean finishes and warm feel.

Stepping into the home on the first floor, you will find a stylish farm kitchen, beautiful farm table with seating for 10, a comfortable living room with a 4k television, and a fully appointed bathroom.  Sliding one of the couches aside in the living room reveals a Queen Murphy bed for overflow sleeping.  Upstairs you will find 2 separate Queen bedrooms, a bunk room with 2 Queen beds and a Twin bed, and a full bathroom and laundry facility.  

Outside, your shaded front porch awaits as you look out over the Blackwater Draw.  The porch includes 4 Adirondack chairs with more camp chairs available for use.

*Please Note: If you are needing more room or wish to house additional guests, you can add on the Bunk House to accommodate 4 more guests, or the Bunk House and the Casita to accommodate 6 additional guests.  

Upstairs bunkroom contains three beds; two Queen and one Twin

The upstairs full bathroom boasts double sinks, the washer and dryer, and shower.
