Blackwater Bunk House

As one of our newest additions, the Bunk House is designed to be a place of gathering.  The open concept and high ceiling invite you to spread out and breathe.  Decked out with a full gourmet kitchen and huge center island with wine fridge, cooking here is a joy.  Steps away is a dining room with a oversized farm table seating 10, and a plush living room with a huge TV for watching the big game.  At the end of the room are the two sets of custom bunks each twin over full.  The Bunk House also boasts a full bath and a full size washer and dryer.  

*Please Note: Our Bunk House is designed to be rented in addition to the Ranch House to offer our customers additional space and sleeping for up to 12.
