Blackwater Bunk House

As one of our newest additions, the Bunk House is designed to be a place of gathering.  The open concept and high ceiling invite you to spread out and breathe.  Decked out with a full gourmet kitchen and huge center island with wine fridge, cooking here is a joy.  Steps away is a dining room with a oversized farm table seating 10, and a plush living room with for watching the big game.  At the end of the room are the two sets of custom bunks each twin over full.  The Bunk House also boasts a full bath and a full size washer and dryer.  

*Please Note: Our Bunk House is designed to be rented in addition to the Ranch House to offer our customers additional space and sleeping for up to 12.
