Learn the secrets behind this decedent meal from one of the best cooks in Lubbock; Coby McDougal.  Sip wine, watch along, then sit down to enjoy this wonderful meal with all the trimmings and a fabulous desert in a beautiful and fun environment.  Afterwards, enjoy your time gathered around the fire pit.
